NEW Students

To register your child/children, the following items need to be submitted: (Forms are available for download on the right side of this page)

Submit a completed Registration Form with the Statement of Cooperation for each student, the non-refundable registration fee, and the applicable book fee.

Submit a copy of the student’s original birth certificate.

Submit a completed copy of the Medical Form filled out and signed by a physician.

Submit a written copy of the student’s immunization record, Mississippi Form 121 signed by a physician.

We request transcripts for every student that transfers into our school. Submit a copy of the student’s report cards, including current grades, and school records.

Returning Students

Submit a completed Registration Form with the Statement of Cooperation for each student, the non-refundable registration fee, and the applicable book fee.

dAYCARE Students

Same as new students, except daycare students will need the Daycare Registration Form.
