Faith Baptist Academy was founded in 2013 as a ministry of Faith Baptist Church in Gulfport, MS., under the leadership of Pastor Dan Q. Carr, Sr. and Principal Gary Easterlin. We endeavor to impart a Biblical education to students from Preschool through 12th Grade using the proven Abeka curriculum, which offers a proven Christian and traditional education.

At Faith Baptist Academy, we offer students a Christian, traditional education using the A Beka Book curriculum, We offer a Christian education because we believe that wisdom and knowledge come from God; therefore man’s education is complete only when God and His Word are at the center of all learning. At FBA, our teachers are Christians, the Bible is taught, and our academic curriculum is written from a Christian perspective.

 Traditional

We offer a traditional education because it has been proven to be most effective. Here at FBA, traditional values are taught along with traditional subject matter, beginning with an intensive, systematic phonics and reading program.
